This website describes the services offered by Home Builder Wiz. Content here is for information only and is not an offer or a contract.
No guarantee of results
Any figures shown (average project values, lead counts, cost per lead, return on ad spend) are illustrative planning examples, not promises. Real results depend on your market, your pricing, your close rate and how fast you follow up.
Service terms
Service is billed monthly at the rate for your plan ($500–$1,000/month) and runs month-to-month — there is no long-term lock-in. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice; the service fee is due for that final 30-day period.
Ad spend
Ad spend runs on your own Google and Meta ad accounts and is billed directly to you by those platforms — it never passes through us, and we hold no ad-spend funds to refund. Our fee covers managing that spend, not the spend itself.
90-day satisfaction credit
If you’re not satisfied with the service within your first 90 days, we’ll credit the service fees paid in that period toward a future month, or waive fees going forward until we’ve made it right — whichever you prefer. This is a service credit, not a cash refund, and it applies to our service fee only; ad spend already paid to Google or Meta is not eligible, since it’s billed directly by those platforms and never paid to us.
Your website after cancellation
The website and creative assets we build remain our property while your service is active. If you cancel, you can take the site and domain with you for a one-time transfer fee, quoted at the time you cancel to cover the handoff. Otherwise the site is taken down at the end of your final billing period.
